Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat
EN: Don’t be an absolute Ebenezer Scrooge this Halloween!

About the proposal
EN: Let’s be honest, Halloween isn’t the time to channel your inner Ebenezer Scrooge and hoard your cash like it’s the Victorian era, especially when the neighborhood is putting on a show! If we don’t all chip in for these pumpkins and festive lights, we’re going to look like the grumpiest house on the block, and frankly, nobody wants the ghosts of "unspent budgets" rattling their chains around here. So, stop clutching your wallet like it contains the secret to eternal youth, cough up a few bucks, and let’s make this place look spectacularly spooky—before the spirits of thriftiness come to haunt us for being cheapskates!
